Guided Meditations

These guided meditations are for you to use in your home practice. The guidance emphasizes mindfulness and self compassion. The meditations are based on practices from the Mindful Self Compassion curriculum created by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff.

Soft Landings are short settling practices. They are intended to help you transition from previous activities to a more mindful focus. You can practice them alone, or combined with other meditations, including unguided practice.
